Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If you encounter any issues or defects with your order, please contact us using the provided form within 48 hours of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, items must remain in their original packaging and in brand-new condition, including the printed receipt. "Brand-new condition" means the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged (except for verified factory defects), and unused. We reserve the right to deny exchanges if these conditions are not met. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs when sending items back for exchange.

Include the following in your email:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request and most importantly

  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
